Philosophy My philosophy is to train consistenly, be consistent in your eating style with plenty of fruits vegetables and whole grains. Make sure your protein is lean. Drink plenty of filtered or distilled water. Workouts especially for beginners should be viewed within a 12 week training cycle. Monitor your training time and length and be aware of your body when it gets tired, within the training cycle, in spite of your exuberance to reach your goals. Take vitamin & mineral supplements to aid in efficient food absorption, especially during training cycles.

Obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business in 2005, Started a graduate program in Exercise Sports Science and Health Promotion in 2009, do plan to finish. Certified NASM 2009, Certified YMCA-USA 2011/Foudations of Strength. Worked with many clients over the years. Moved Washington in 2010, Planned a re-start-up Coaching and Personal Training Business for the New Year 2012.
