What to expect when you train with me
While training with me, you'll always feel pride and progress in your efforts to a healthier lifestyle. I'm passionate about helping others find their "Mojo for Life" and willing to share my knowledge and expertise in helping my clients journey towards a new and improved version, or a brand new version of their former selves!
My favorite client story is
My favorite client story, is that of a 32 year old gentleman, who on initial appearance looked to be in very good shape. He hired me, to help him train for a triathlon, after watching my training style with another client. To my and his surprise, he was no where near ready for a triathlon! He had trouble just getting through his routine conditioning exercises with me. While training, he became very humble in the fact that, he'd been training in/at the gym for over a year, 3-4 days a week, but just in the 1st session with me, soon realized that his cardio conditioning, endurance, stamina and overall strength was lacking on all fronts. Realizing this, he realistically changed the entry date of his triathlon to the next year. He eventually changed his mind altogether, but why this is my most favorite client story, is because it's a prime example of how you can train hard all the time, but you may not be training "smart". I was able to help him learn how to train smart, and not hard with no gains!

I believe everyone has a responsibility to be as healthy as possible- for our children, spouses, our parents, etc. Our society makes it so easy to "up size" everything and get it in 90 seconds or less. With these growing trends, the ideals of eating a simple, well balanced meal, while getting in some ordinary, regular exercise everyday, is almost a thing of the past. It's my mission to reteach people what our ancestors knew and lived, that preparing your own meals and just moving your body on a regular basis, is all you need to get healthy and stay healthy!

My favorite exercise are Push Ups. Mainly because there are so many options and variations you can perform and target so many different muscle groups.
