How do I avoid feeling nauseous while working out?

Occasionally (more often than not), I feel very nauseous at the end of my working. This is especially true if I'm working lower body and upper body in about an hour. Could this be related to the amount of water I'm drinking (or not drinking).

Yes, water intake plays a key role in every workout. Make sure you intake about 8 to 16 oz of water within the first half hour before you start to workout, and maintain water intake during. Lack of wanter leads to feeling nauseous and can also reduce your performance.
