What are the best exercises for pregnant women?

1 Answer

For pregnant women, I believe that the intensity of normal exercise has to be lowered. But I think that non weight bearing hand to ground reaches (early in pregnancy) moving to waist high reaches (as pregnancy goes into further months) while doing the lunge matrix seems to be a perfect exercise. Speed should be comfortable, but I believe having a 3D workout like this helps prepare the body for post birth when the mother has to pick up the child in many environmental situations as it pertain to all three planes. This could accompany walks in the late afternoon with their husbands as additional exercise.
