What kinds of exercises can I do if I don't have any weights or equipment?

I'm going on vacation and I won't have a gym nearby or any weights to work with. Are there a lot of exercises that I can do while I'm gone?

use your bodyweight it is your best tool!
burpees are one of my favorite exercises or aka up downs
push ups
mountain climbers
squats
squat jumps
sit ups
v ups
switching leg v ups
the list goes on!
have fun with it you can make this workout your own!

A great full body exercise you can perform anywhere is the PLANK.
Regular plank is:
Push-up position with hands under shoulders legs straight. Pull you abs in tight and squeeze your legs together, glutes active. Eyes focused on the ground. Hold from 30 sec or more. I tell clients to hold until they want to give up- then SLOWLY count to 10 before exiting move.
Side plank is the same. Just move 1 hand under your chest (while in regular plank position) and rotate your body to the side. Your free hand is reaching toward the ceiling. Feet can be staggered on the floor or slacked on top of each other for a greater challenge. Think of pushing your hips to the ceiling, but don't let your shoulders shrug up by your ears. Hold 30 sec or longer. Switch to other side.
With these 2 exercise you can add any variations.
Push-ups
leg raises
burpees
kneeling arm and leg raises or balance holds
The possibilities are endless. Enjoy your vacation.
