What to expect when you train with me
I believe with all my heart if you have a desire or health inspired need to start training you should give it a try, and I can make it fun and deliver results. Being more active helps you look and feel better, it is a proven stress reliever, improves mood, decreases cancer rates, lowers blood pressure, increases energy levels and helps with sleep. It can actually reverse type ll diabetes when combined with changes in diet. I have the experience and training to take you through workouts that will feel good and build your strength from the inside out.
|$70 an hour for 10 sessions, $75 an hour for 5 sessions, $80 for single sessions|

My favorite exercise is
I love any exercise that works my glutes! Everyone looks better with firm glutes, and more importantly they are the foundation of our core. Your glutes need to be working properly to help prevent back pain and promote pain free movement. You use them all the time so lets make them look good!

I have many years experience in the fitness industry. I am a brown belt in kung fu and have taught children and adults for over 5 years. I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute and I am a NASM CPT.
