Philosophy Applied Functional Sciences (AFS) is the study of human movement from a biomechanical perspective, which allows us to understand the true nature of our function. Long gone are the days of sit ups and crunches for a flat tummy, or mind-numbing treadmill sessions anticipated with absolute dread. Train 4 the Game believes that conditioning your body should be enjoyable and actually make you feel better. We specialize in treating those aches and pains (knee pain, plantar fasciitis, low back pain, etc.) that plague most people and prevent them from working out. Through AFS, we will find the cause of pain, rehab that issue, and take you to the next level of conditioning.
