I am here to help you realize and harness the true power you have within yourself. Due to my constant strive to offer the most up to date information and knowledge, you can expect to receive the most effective workouts possible to maximize fat loss and muscle gain. I will hold you accountable and challenge you, yet still understand your limits and work at a steady pace to increase your endurance, stamina and strength. I am here to motivate you to be the best you can be. For an small fee, I also offer menu plans, because as all of us know...you are what you eat! Through the combination of diet and exercise, you will transform not only in your body but your mind as well! It is my passion to make sure you succeed in achieving your goals!

My favorite client story is about a client I hadt that was getting ready for a photo shoot to promote her business.She was a very savy business women and advertising was a must! She was very dedicated, and followed everything I told her to a tee. If she had questions or was unsure about something, she asked me and I would clarify it for her. Within a very short period of time (4-5) months) she was ready for her photo shoot. I was delighted to receive an email from her which was a picture from her photo shoot with her jumping in the air and a message below stating, "I am jumping for joy with my new body." She proceeded to write the most awesome email I have ever gotten thanking me for everything she has accomplished. Of course, we all know, she did ALL the work. But with a little guidance, accountability, and education, she achieved the results she wanted. And that's all I truly want with every client I have.

My training philosophy is that it takes more than lifting weights and cardio to achieve your goals. It takes mind power. It takes strength, and it takes desire. If you put these together and believe that you are unstoppable, then you will be!
My favorite exercise is
My favorite exercise would have to be a Ball Push-up Roll-in. It is very difficult and uses every muscle in your body. It is a very advanced core exercise so I would not give it to most of my clients until I am sure they are ready.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I competed in the United States Gymnastics Federation as a Jr. Olympic Gymnast and coached youth gymnastics for 10 years. I specialize in weight loss and body sculpting but put a great deal of emphasis on proper form and muscle balance alignment. I have extensive experience working with clients whom have chronic/autoimmune illnesses and with the elderly as well. I have been certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and American Council in Exercise (ACE). I am currently working towards another certification through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. At the age of 35 I placed 2nd at the NPC Titans Grand Prix Body Building Competition in the Bikini Division. My belief is that at any age, you can make a difference in your health, mind and body!
