Biography: Professional track and field athlete representing the U.S. Virgin Islands. Former NCAA All-American in the 100 meter dash. Attended North Carolina State University and Graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Sociology. She is a world class sprinter and now training for the next major World Championships and Olympics. While having wonderful trainers along the way, she developed an appreciation for fitness training. She was hired as a personal trainer at Bally Total Fitness in Orlando Florida and later on branched out to run her own fitness training business.
