My favorite client story is
One of my favorite current athletes is a pretty deconditioned, 50+ year young retired electician and former Marine. He has high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and is about 60 lbs too heavy. After just 4 weeks of training he's lost over 10 lbs, his blood pressure medicine has been cut in half and he did his first pushup in YEARS! Stand by for more on him and he is a work in progress :) A few years ago I had a very shy and timid young woman come to me for personal training. She was about 40lbs to heavy for her liking, couldn't walk up the stairs without getting winded, and just wanted to be confident, fit and happy. Well, after training with me for several months and undergoing my relentless outlook coaching she lost just shy of 50lbs, began walking around like she owned the joint(haha), and after months of persistence I finally got her to do her very first triathlon! Something that she said she could never do, and now she's addicted to triathlons!

I don't necessarily have a favorite exercise but I do have a favorite piece of exercise equipment I'd like to share with you. It's the best machine on the market and available to you no matter where you are or what you are doing- YOU!
