Maurice Walton So, I didn't know I was going to meet this person when I did. This person, not only help me physically, but also helped me build my confidence that I can do this challenge. He never let's me give up even on my worst days. Without him, I wouldn't have gotten where I'm at today in my weight loss journey which Is 14lbs down and looking leaner! . To whom it may Concern: This letter is for the testimonial of my experience as a client of Mr. Maurice Walton. I meet Mr. Walton at Lifetime fitness about 2 1/2 years ago and Mr. Walton has designed some workouts to assist me in reaching my fitness/bodyfat, cardio vascular goals and ultimately completing and running a full 26.2 mile marathon. Mr. Walton comes prepared to the exercise sessions with the routine already on paper and this is done on a daily basis. This is very helpful as it helps me achieve the most amount of time working out in the 2 hours I have scheduled during the week which is one hour on Tuesday and Thursday. Maurice has also and consistently continues to read and research the latest on physical fitness, diet and nutrition.He in turn has shared this knowledge with me and the rest of the class. This has helped many acquire more knowledge to better assist us in our endeavor for health. Mr. Walton has motivated, inspired and constantly pushed me to achieve more in achieving the goals of optimal health that I seek for. In the time I have worked directly with Mr. Walton, I had a 5-6% body fat reduction, increase in muscle and also an increase in my cardio vascular condition, which in turn has helped me be able to run 13.1 miles and now running a 26.2 mile marathon on 12/2/12. I have achieved more endurance during my workout sessions and am able to adapt whether we worked out indoors or outdoors. Maurice's constant advice, motivation and knowledge of the various exercises done during our workout sessions have uplifted my spirit and helped me to push my self and it creates a great sense of satisfaction, happiness and fulfillment in myself and my life. I can only say the best of things of Mr. Walton as our boot camp sessions were hard, intense and he pushed me to feel good about myself and that I am capable of doing so much more. Without Mr. Walton's training, I would not have been able to achieve my fitness goals, reduce my body fat, increase my running speed, increase my distant running and the toning of my body. Mr. Walton is very motivational, funny, full of knowledge in both physical fitness but also nutrition. I am thankful for his training, encouragement and his positive attitude that "nothing is impossible" and that I can achieve all the goals I set in regards to my health and total body conditioning. I am very happy with Maurice as my instructor and will happy refer him to anyone seeking more out of a trainer. I will caution the individual that once they start receiving training from Mr. Walton, your either love the hard intense workout or you will quit within a day or on the workout session. My suggestion is to tough it out and you will achieve results with his help. Anything worth having isn't easy, you have to commit, and be very diligent as being healthy is about a life style change to improve your overall health and mental conditioning,
