I have been involved with fitness most of my life. For me, physical conditioning is an essential part of my daily life, which is why I chose to become a personal trainer. As a fitness professional, and more importantly, as a Lifestyle Consultant, my mission is for my clients to start a New Life Style to get fit, feel great and have fun doing it.
