What to expect when you train with me

My goal is to motivate, and inspire my clients to live a healthier and happier life. Exercise has always been part of my lifestyle and has helped me in my personal life both physically and mentally. Everyone is different and has different needs and goals. Each client will get a different workout that is geared towards their goals and abilities. I specialize in men and women's fitness, over 50 fitness, senior fitness, corrective exercise, weight loss, personal training, flexibility and strengthening the core. My other Certifications include Pre and Post Natal Training as well as TRX and RIP Trainer Certified Coach. I offer 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions available depending on your time and goals. Train with a friend or spouse and save semi-private training offered as well. I will promptly respond to your inquiries. (Pre/Post natal training require a Dr.'s release/note)

Every client has different needs and goals. Every workout will be different and unique. I work with my clients to design specific programs that are safe and tailored just for them. I believe that working out should be fun, motivating and challenging. You can get an awesome heart pounding workout in 30 minutes -don't let time be your excuse!

I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer. For the past 15 years I have been working with men, women, and children of all ages and abilities from 8-80 in health clubs, homes and private studios.
