About Aaron
My interest in all things fitness began during my very early teens. I discovered The World’s Strongest Man competition at age 12 and was instantly enthralled with the sport and all things strength. My passion then grew into a lifestyle.
?I spent the next several years pouring over any fitness magazine I could get my hands on. Crossfit caught my attention in 2012 and, after trying my hand at it, I realized I loved the intensity and variety. I became a CrossFit trainer and simultaneously developed a love for powerlifting. I’ve competed 2-3 times each year since and my passions have only grown; now expanding to all aspects of athleticism and fitness.
I’ve been a fitness fanatic in some capacity for as long as I have memories. I’m exhilarated to be able to share my passions and expertise with my community and maybe help a few people along the way.
Over my coaching lifetime, I have implemented dozens of competition preparation training programs, as well as, trained nearly 400 athletes both individually and in group classes. I have experience coaching individuals of all ages, abilities, and activity levels with a specific focus on older adults and older teens. I’m versed in bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, olympic weightlifting, strongman, highland games, gymnastics, endurance and aerobic training as well as sport specific training to include, football, baseball, soccer, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and general self defense. I pride myself on the creativity of my coaching and the breadth of my knowledge. Regardless of the modality, my first passion has always been the general pursuit of fitness, health, wellness, and overall athleticism in order to live life best.
