I am a personal trainer, martial artist and holistic health practitioner. My goal is to approach fitness as an overall product of health of the body, mind and spirit. I use my knowledge as a Certified Trainer and incorporate movement and exercises from my martial arts, to improve agility, strength and functional fitness. I also use breathing and mediation techniques from Qigong and stretching from Yoga. My focus is on individuals and groups looking to improve their physical ability and reduce stress, from various ages and athletic ability.
