My Favorite Client Story

My favorite story is a client of mine who had suffered from severely disordered eating. She had a very unhealthy relationship with food, and as such wasn't happy with her body. Not only was I able to teach her why exercise was so important when attempting weight loss, and help her accomplish that side of her goals, but I was also able to help her ease into a nutrition plan that she could stick to. She has since stopped yo-yo dieting and lives a much healthier life. .Now, she's my most motivated client and has a drive like no one I've seen. We've taken some great strides together, and I'm excited to see where she goes next!

My Philosophy

The key is adherence. Finding a fitness program and nutrition program that you can be consistent with, build on, and constantly improve. The more enjoyable and varied the program, the easier it is to adhere to. .Start with a strong foundation, and then build up.
