What to expect when you train with me
My workouts are functional, metabolic and core-intensive training. It's an all terrain boot camp feel. I use body resistance and some weights. I use interval circuits, which helps training become fun and because every workout is different so you'll never get bored. Plus your body will burn calories like crazy and the intensity is up to you but the more you push, the more you'll get out of my trainings. I not only train you but teach you in what is good for your body and how to get the most of out it. I will train you how proper form is going to make you strong and how to prevent injuries. If you suffer from an injury like bad knees or back (just to mention a couple) I specialize in making you stronger and help to get that strength back in those problem areas.
My favorite client story is
A single mom who felt great about herself, but had no idea how much better she could feel on the inside and outside. Through a great nutrition plan and training, she has lost 40lbs over 8 months and has kept it off. In that time she has dropped 3 pants sizes and now trains in sports she didn't even think she could accomplish before. She has more energy to play with her kid and also the confidence to date.

I teach by example. I don't tell you what you need to do, I show you. I break down what muscles you are using and how to execute the set properly so you are always going to get the most out of every workout. I'm also CPR certified.

Functional Training... It's a great way to get your body not only "in shape" but healthy. Using your own body's natural ability to move in six degrees of freedom. As an athlete helps me to perform at my best without injury. Strengthening the core and stamina in a natural movement allows for real strength and endurance to last.

I have been an athlete my whole life, a semi/pro one since Jan 2006. Nutrition and training have always been a huge part of my life. I completed training for nutrition in 2010 and 2012 completed my certification for personal training. I have been a coach/trainer for most of my career in sports. I've always loved helping people feel their best both inside and out! I feel, when you succeed, I succeed!
