About Amanda

Amanda is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is also certified through the Yoga Alliance as a 200-HR Power Vinyasa Yoga instructor.

As a life-long athlete, Amanda is no stranger to the kinetics of the human body and the mental fortitude needed to succeed - both on the field and in life. As a private trainer and class instructor, she believes in a holistic approach to optimal health and wellness, and designs workouts that will challenge both the mind and body.
