I've been training for 8 years and my goal is to bring an integrated and complete plan for health and fitness to my clients. Through my time several years of training, I have trained collegiate level athletes, military personnel, people simply aiming to lose weight, as well as people aiming to gain lean muscle mass.
As a current graduate student (studying medical sciences) at the University of Southern California (and a future medical student) I know that training programs encompasses don’t just incorporate work-outs, but nutrition and mind-body balance.
