Greetings! My name is Coach Keith, a motivated fitness and nutrition coach based in Los Angeles, CA. After serving six years in the U.S. Air Force, I struggled to transition back into civlian life, gaining unhealthy weight and going into a deep depression. Through acceptance, courage and hard work I was able to re-gain my balance lose 100 pounds in less than two years! I know what you're going through and I'm here to help you every step of the way--if you put in the work, I will guarantee you results! I typically work with most of my clients anywhere from 6 months to a year, building healthy habits and restoring balance along the way, providing each individual with real support and providing you with REAL RESULTS!
