I travel to you and work with you at your home gym. We meet in person to train at least 5 times a month and I work with you to create an exercise plan for the entire month. I bring innovative training methods I developed while living in Chicago. While in Chicago I worked with people of all shapes and sizes who want to be able to enjoy their lives better than they currently do. What does this mean? I will work with you starting from your current fitness level, reengage the fundamental movements and engage muscles that you forgot you had... We cover a variety of styles of exercise (bodyweight, resistance bands, weights, HIIT, cardio, strength and more) to lose weight, tone and feel amazing. If you are not satisfied with our first visit, the next session is complimentary!
