What to expect
You will gain my appreciation for sweating six days a week - every week until you're eighty years old. You can get leaner, fitter and put life in your years. Yet this journey requires effort (and support). As you might guess from my image - I advocate indoor rowing as a key element of your aerobic and strength workouts. As a world-ranked Masters Rower - I assure you that sitting down and going backwards can remake you as it did me.
