You will gain my appreciation for sweating six days a week - every week until you're eighty years old. You can get leaner, fitter and put life in your years. Yet this journey requires effort (and support). As you might guess from my image - I advocate indoor rowing as a key element of your aerobic and strength workouts. As a world-ranked Masters Rower - I assure you that sitting down and going backwards can remake you as it did me. Please plan to work at least eight weeks to see meaningful results in your fitness journey. You'll be glad that you did. I am a Boomer whom is passionate about getting folks moving. I wholeheartedly promote Younger Next Year rules from Crowley and Lodge: 1. Don't eat crap, . 2. Exercise six days a week for the rest of your life, . 3. Do serious aerobic training four days a week for the rest of your life. 4. Strength train (with weights) 2 X a week - every week, . 5. Care, connect and commit.
