My Experience

I was a Jr. Olympic and collegiate athlete, doing football and track and field. Former track and field sprint and jump coach for 3 high schools and 1 junior college. BootCamp Instructor for 6 years, and a Personal Trainer for 7 years. Certs; NASM CPT, NASM CES, NASM Nutrition Specialist, TRX Certified, and personal liability insurance. Health and wellness is a lifestyle, not a luxury, and I want to help people see and feel the importance of that.
