What to expect
Every client is different. How can a one size fits all program(CrossFit, zumba, p90x, hiit, yoga) work for and individual? Plain and simply it wont. I start all of my clients with a comprehensive hour and a half, metabolic and movement assessment. There are many tools and styles in fitness (kettlebells, trx, powerplate, sandbags, stability balls, CrossFit, spinning, intervals, hiit) After your personal assessment we can develop a program using the correct style and tools for you, to make sure you dont waste time and get to were you want to go.
