I’m a hard working personal trainer who wants to give back to those wanting to challenge themselves in changing their lifestyle. I will be here to motivate, encourage, educate and support you along whatever your fitness journey may be. I’ve worked with a wide range of clientele that includes youth as young as 8 and seniors of 70+, which has helped prepare me to see all different kinds of individuals and body types.
I do my best to design programs that are built around exercises and functional movements to help you understand your body. We all have our limitations and those will always be considered as I never want any of my clients to feel uncomfortable or uneasy about anything during our sessions. I come with the ability to be whatever kind of coach/trainer that you need; whether that’s pushing you to the edge or dialing it back and taking things slow to coach you through movements. I want to pass on all knowledge to you and my hope is that you'll feel comfortable enough leading your workouts in the near future. I’m here to create an enjoyable experience and look forward to working with you!

I worked with Taylor in the Bay Area right after retirement at the ripe age of 68! I had some previous gym experience but never with a personal trainer so was a bit nervous/anxious before getting started. Taylor reassured me every step of the way and allowed me to not only get a great workout, but learn about the science behind his program. My goal wasn't to lose a certain amount of lbs. or gain muscle, but to be more in touch with my body and keep up a healthy lifestyle.
