I got into this industry to help and educate my clientele in the best ways to live a pain free life while using your body to its full athletic potential! I have been training for almost four years and am well diverse is different populations. My main focus is to build a strong foundation for clients to prevent any possible injuries in my own unique and fun training style, so they can enter the gym on their own being comftorable and effective as possible in the time they are training.
