About Eli

Exercise should NOT leave you with constant aches and pains! I train my clients to develop a body that functions as well as it looks. My training style mixes strength/bodybuilding workouts with proper core work and metabolic conditioning. Each training session and program will always be tailored to the individuals unique needs and wants. What makes ME a unique trainer? After proper examination of your movement I prescribe the client with at home follow along videos that take you through stretching sequences to keep you feeling fresh and pain free. Outside of our workout session you can also expect nutritional guidance, food log feedback if desired, and monthly check ins to absolutely make sure your progress is happening as efficiently as possible. During our session expect encouragement, positivity, and tons of laughter. I am not the Drill-Sargent type trainer. Any fitness or health questions feel free to reach out to me. About me:


I realized my passion of helping others at a very young age. Throughout my teens I started developing a strong attraction to health and wellness. At 16 years old I weighed maybe 120 pounds and was asked to carry the large tenor drum during marching band performances. With no proper strength training, or even the basics of how to hold and lift a heavy object, I suffered serious wear and tear to my lower back which eventually led to a debilitating spinal injury. I coped with this pain all throughout high school, with numerous hours spent at physical therapy. I finally took it into my own hands to start studying biomechanics and began my own practice of yoga and weight training, and I absolutely fell in love with it. I completely healed my injuries through my own rehab and studying. I’m now currently on track to recieve my Bachelor Of Science in Exercise Science in 2019.

Eli is an amazing trainer! He is super encouraging and knows how to motivate you to keep doing your best. He is professional, kind, understanding, and extremely personable as well. Eli is a trainer you can trust. He is passionate and knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping you achieve your individualized goals. He takes the time to customize your workouts and is always available to answer questions or give you tips about nutrition, exercise and general health even outside your paid sessions. Personally, I have been able to lose 30 lbs and over 10% body fat in the time training with him and I feel stronger and healthier everyday. He introduces new techniques and exercises into every session which keeps me challenged and never bored. I used to dread the idea of "work outs" but since training with Eli I have honestly come to enjoy them…I couldn’t recommend a more awesome trainer!

This is my first time using a personal trainer. I had concerns because I do have limitations with my knee and lower back. There is a difference between a trainer who can work with a healthy client or someone with physical issues. I am glad the universe found Eli for me. I have worked with Eli for over a year now; Within 1-1/2 months twice a week, I could feel the difference in the flexibility in my back and the strength in my body.
