My approach as a personal trainer is to design safe, efficient, doable fitness programs that blend creativity and science. I guide my clients from a place of encouragement, and I customize workout plans based on the individual needs of each of my clients. I am a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, although I have chosen to specialize and receive additional training in several varieties of Barre fitness.
After we meet, I run a quick assessment, followed by a brief sample workout. If it looks like we are a good fit, we sign the initial paperwork and discuss pricing and scheduling. The first session is free!
