As a Certified ISSA personal trainer, Certified TRX instructor and fitness nutrition specialist, and a Certified Boxing and Kickboxing fitness instructor, I can help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. I know how difficult it can be to do this on your own. You need knowledgeable support and guidance, I can offer both. I am an advocate of functional strength, helping clients build the body that fits their lifestyle. Whether you want to build that perfect beach body, or you're a weekend warrior, or trying to keep up with your kids, I will help you reach your goals. As someone who has suffered an injury in the past from a terrible car accident, I know how difficult it can be to rebuild strength and yourself. I have been there, I can help you too. Most trainers are scared to work with people who have injuries, I am not one of those trainers. We will work at your level and speed to get you back to full health. Also, as a level two JKD instructor, level two Lameco Escrima instructor, a certified boxing fitness instructor and an international Kung Fu instructor, I offer a unique blend of practical martial arts instruction. I teach traditional and improvised weapons and empty hand. My approach to martial arts instruction is much like my fitness instruction, where the skills you learn will be practical for real life situations to keep you and yours safe.
