About Michael

My name is Michael Rinsler. I am a very kind and caring trainer. I became a personal trainer in 1981 after losing my dad who was my best friend to a heart attack at the age of 60. I wanted to study and educate myself all about diet and exercise to teach my clients to take better care of themselves as I wanted parents and all types of people to be around for their kids and family and loved ones for many many healthy and happy years.


With regards to training my attitude has always been that people can have all the material things in the world, but the only possession we really own is our bodies. Everybody, no matter age or situation, has a starting point, and it is my job as your trainer to find yours. We'll start slowly with whatever your strength level is.  As you adapt and get stronger we'll progress a little more. I will only change up the sets, reps and weight when your body lets me know it's ready for more work! We will never struggle and you will never hurt yourself. I believe in Train without Strain! All we need are some light dumbbells and a mat to get you started!


I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years Getting my start back in the day at the Legendary Mid City Gym in Manhattan by my mentor Mid City owner Tom Minichiello. I was taught by Tom you can have all the material things in this world but the only possession we truly own is our body! And we have to maintain it just as we do our vehicle and our home! I take what I do serious beginners are most welcome! whatever you are looking to do whatever your health and physical goals are. I promise to help you reach all your goals safe and in the shortest period possible! I have been training your neighbors family and friends on Long Island and can give you all the references you wish for. All you will need are some light Dumbbells and a mat and ankle weights and I promise to give u the best work-out of your life safe we put your favorite music on and even if u just have a small space in your home like your living room we move the coffee table and do my own Burn 2 Firm system! Light weight done right will get you tight!
