What to expect
When working with you I will strive to make every workout session be the best you have had. I care about the people I work with. I am highly attentive to client needs, goals, limitations and strengths. I apply a mix of motivation, guidance by demonstration and fun in every workout. I know when to motivate and encourage clients to challenge themselves, what exercises to use to ensure safety, when to allow clients to recover and possess the experience to know when to adjust exercises and routines, to prevent injury and focus on points of weakness or concern. I design creative exercise routines individually tailored to meet client goals; enhancing balance, coordination, and self esteem, increasing strength, and building muscle in the process.
