You'll get a personalized program geared toward your ability and interests, while enjoying the convenience of training in the privacy and comfort of your own home or office gym. If you live or work near a metro station I can come to you. I am currently training clients near the following metro stations: Gallery Place, Archives, Navy Yard, Waterfront, Metro Center, L'Enfant Plaza and Mt Vernon Sq 7th St-Convention Center. If you don't see your metro stop contact me, I may still be able to accommodate you. If you don't have access to gym equipment I have you covered. I will bring resistance bands and a ton of bodyweight exercises to get you tight and tone. I can also help you design a home gym if that is something you want to do.
