A burning passion for fitness coupled with the desire to help and support others in fitness has paved the road in my journey to becoming a full-time Personal Trainer and Wellness coach! Most people are familiar with personal trainers and what they do. A Wellness Coach goes a step further, by including specific nutritional coaching along with all the knowledge, encouragement, and support you need in order to be completely successful. Being a Personal Trainer and Wellness coach insures me that I can provide with an array of services that will enhance your experience.
My goal is to give you the fitness evaluation for your body's composition and fitness requirements for your particular needs in nutrition, exercise and fitness program that your body needs to be in optimum health. So why should you follow the same routine and diet and expect different results? Each of my clients have different goals and expectations, as well different body's composition and nutrition guidelines so as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach is my responsibility to help you and encourage you to make the necessary lifestyle changes that will kick your body to burn fat and increase your metabolism. My Flo Fit program combines Hybrid Yoga, H. A. S. Alignment Yoga, Functional Training, TRX Suspension, Boxing, and much more. Plus the program gives you a practical, easy-to-follow and nutritionally sound eating guide that does not include calorie counting or deprivation, it is made for your body type.
