Being an athlete my whole life, fitness was always a part of the process but never a strict focus. After college I knew that I wanted to help people discover the natural benefits of exercise on a their health. I have been training for about 4 years now and I have loved every minute of it! When you are doing something you love, then you never work a day in your life. I like to bring my own personality to my training sessions through humor and light heartedness. I have never been one to yell at a client so don't expect a drill sergeant! I am a firm believer in making health and fitness enjoyable with good conversation and good company! Every client I have ever had has become my own personal friend because I am always available to them when they have a question!
