Shirley received her degree in health science at James Madison University while starring on the women's basketball team. Physical fitness has always been her passion, and it was evident as her strength and conditioning was superior to most. She helped lead her team to two postseason appearances including NCAA Tournament and lead the Dukes to their second-best record in school history. Today Shirley is one of the most sought after female strength and conditioning coaches in the South Florida area and focuses on high school and collegiate athletes. Along with strength and conditioning Shirley also works with one of the nation's top sports chiropractors as a medical therapy assistant, which includes working with professional tennis players, NFL, and NBA. Shirley is also continuing her education at St. Thomas University for her Masters’ in Business and Sports Administration. Specializations: Sports performance. Strength and Conditioning.
