About Craig

Hi, My name is Craig Fravel, and I am a a newly certified personal trainer. I obtained my certification through one of the top certifiers in the nation with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I can tray with many types of clients, though my expertise is in fat loss. I achieved a 60 lb weight loss journey of my own, and I'm ready and certified to help others do the second. My goal is to help all of my clients be the absolute best they can be. I know how it feels to be uncomfortable with your body, and I know exactly how to fix it with an all natural approach. No gimmicks, no fad diets, no short cuts. Hard work and a proper diet key, and I'm willing to help anyone and everyone that needs the guidance of a fitness professional. All of my training follows a specific training model that is scientifically proven to adapt to any body type or level of fitness experience. We will start slow, and gradually move into harder, more demanding exercises. A typical session will last for about 45-60 minutes, depending on the goals of the particular workout.
