Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, feel better or be in the best shape of your life, it is my passion to help you get there.
I have my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and I am currently obtaining my Master's in Sport and Exercise Science at UCF in order to give you the highest caliber of training possible.
Your first session with me will include a fitness assessment in order to test your flexibility/mobility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. From this assessment I will be able to create a customized plan to help achieve your fitness goals. Once we have our plan it's time for the fun part! We will use full body movements in order to strengthen the muscles, elevate the heart rate and burn calories faster. Using proper strength training will help us keep burning fat even after the workout!
The most important thing: our sessions will only account for 1-2% of the whole week! I will help educate you to lead a healthy lifestyle for the other 99% so you can move closer to your goals even after our session is over.
