I'm a nutritionist and  body transformation specialist  from the UK.  I've been a personal trainer for 12 years I specialise in  whole body transformation weather that's Fatloss or muscle gain i have a training system that will achieve the best results possible.

I have a wealth of knowledge having trained hundreds of clients from all different back grounds and starting points From pro athelete to members of the general public I've been involved in sports and fitness my whole life having previously been a professional athelete playing for a premier league football club back in England  I've taken the skills I've learned from some of the best coaches in the world to develop all of my Training systems at JPFS so weather your goals are maximum Fatloss muscle gain or sports performance I Will  able to transform your physique and performance  to levels far above your expectations! My methods and training systems have been devised over many years of research and in the trenches training  my training philosophys are tried and tested so we can supply you with the best training industry can offer.

After years of carrying the extra few lbs, especially around the tummy area. James has guide me on how to shed the stubborn lbs and work on my goal.
