What to expect
I am not your standard personal trainer everyone seems to be nowadays. I am a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, also training in kickboxing, boxing, muay thai, and wrestling. I like to train like I am training to fight and love to train others in that way as well. Training martial arts works out every part of your body, it is a full body workout. I have seen myself progress and change very quickly through martial arts physically and mentally.
A typical session with me is going through the traditional basics, if you can get that down then you will start progress up to the next level and sooner than you think, you will be a high level fighter! I like to work with clients who take their goals seriously and want to get into the best shape of their lives.
MY sessions are also perfect for those who want to practice self defense. There will be a mixture of martial arts training and other conditioning/cardio exercises. I provide all of the gear for these sessions but recommend you to buy a good pair of boxing gloves and hand wraps.
