My clients at AdvoCare Fitness Trainer start with a complete assessment to ascertain their goals and abilities. Then a custom workout plan and nutritional guide are created for each unique client followed by hands on one on one training, a written notebook, a menu guide and continued coaching!

Saving lives and restoring confidence through sound nutritional practices, strength conditioning and cardio. My goal is to help people take back their lives from medicines, aches, pains and obesity.
