My Favorite Client Story

My favorite client success story was when I worked with a young man who was trying to change his lifestyle completely. I worked with this client to change his mentality on life and help him to achieve a high level of motivation in all areas of his life. We worked bodyweight exercises to help him to master his frame and gain to help him to gain the flexibility and mobility that he did not have before. Once we established a strong foundation the weight just started to come off of him. He lost 35 pounds in 2 and a half months. He soon began to gain a great deal of confidence in all areas of his life. The way he dressed changed, the way he carried himself changed and his lifestyle completely changed. He was a new man that he dreamed of always becoming. 3 years later I continue to train this client and he has advanced to doing feats like super setting, triple setting and even quadruple setting alternative muscle groups in a gym setting. This was all from a young man who had never even touched a weight or even worked out before when I had met him. Hard Work Pays Off!

I have been training for over 10 years. I have worked in military fitness, bodybuilding, sports strength and conditioning, weight loss, tactical fitness, flexibility and mobility modalities. I am well rounded and have the experience to help my client attain all the goals that they want to pursue.

Matt Lowe is one of the most knowledgeable guys when it comes to personal training. I've known this guy for about 8 years now and was trained by him on a deployment together. He got me in the best shape of my life and I gained 20 lbs of muscle too (if that's what you're looking for)! I highly recommend giving Matt a shot at helping you with anything you need, whether it is bulking up or just getting into shape!
