I am a man of GOD, U.S. Army veteran, Personal Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist and Sports Performance Coach. I have over 10 years of experience training people of all walks of life to strive for excellence in all they do. I specialize in getting people to accomplish fitness goals and life goals that they did not think were possible. I have an ability to elevate performance levels of all the clients that I work with. I get the most happiness when I get to watch my clients accomplish their dreams and life goals.
