My Favorite Client Story

One of my favorite client stories is of Joanne. She came to me at 60 looking to increase her core strength, improve her flexibility, and get back to riding horses. She had to stop ridding horses because her back would hurt for days after riding. After three months of following my training program and once a week of personal training sessions Joanne lost about 10lbs. of fat and gained 5lbs. of muscle. Most of all with her stronger core (especially her gluts) she no longer had back pain and was able to start riding horses again. Her flexibility had never been better and She continued to train with me for two more year. She enjoyed training so much that I was able to connect Joanne with another personal trainer to continue her program.
