When you train with me, expect to work hard, but also expect the hour to fly by because you're having so much fun. I like to incorporate elements of capoeira and kickboxing, as well as many modern strength and conditioning exercises. I'll constantly be surprising you with new challenges, and you'll be surprising yourself with your ability to respond to them. You'll leave each workout exhausted, but excited to come back for the next session.
I try to focus on health rather than appearance. I want my clients to feel improvements in their body's performance and not be as concerned about numbers on a scale.
