What to expect
You can expect results! I perform a thorough fitness evaluation looking for imbalances that may cause movement issues or pain. I then perform the Titleist Performance Institute golf fitness assessment. These assessments give me an insight into your fitness level and will tell me what we need to do to become a healthier better golfer. We also discuss eating habits and then create a game plan to address your needs and wants. Your game plan is personalized and will address your goals. Example of some goals, increase flexibility, core strength, overall strength, endurance, decrease or manage pain, play better. You will be happy with your results

You may have tight hip rotators, hip flexors, hamstrings, thoracic spine. So, we will address of all the factors that contribute to the back issues and hopefully result in a pain free round of golf.
