About Mickayla

As your personal trainer and health and fitness coach I will provide professional guidance that will have you realizing and achieving your full potential. I take in each individual and meet them where they're currently at in their life focusing on fitness, a well balanced diet, stress management, recovery, and overall lifestyle. Correcting muscular imbalances and building a strong core are the foundations of my customized training programs.

My training style is upbeat, detail oriented, cutting edge, progressive and fun! I create guidelines to maximize specific workouts designed to help you lose weight, gain strength, improve speed, mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance and CONFIDENCE.  This allows each individual the opportunity to transform and reach their optimal health, prevent injury and disease, break through barriers and enhance their everyday life. Anything is possible whether my client knows it yet, or not! Sooner or later, they will and I love being a part of their journey as they discover it for themselves!
