What to expect
I am a personal trainer and swim instructor who specializes in keeping athletes in peak physical condition, as well as guiding beginners to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve their fitness goals. In the pool, I work with my clients to help them become comfortable in the water and develop efficient swimming technique.
I am a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, and graduated from Truman State University in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. I specialize in using performance training to help people who are interested in total body transformations; including weight loss and strength gain. My fitness philosophy: "Being healthy is a responsibility you have to your friends, family, and most importantly to yourself! I believe that a regimen of weight training, cardio training, proper nutrition and informative instruction are all one needs to become a healthier and happier version of oneself. The road to a healthier self can be challenging, but you do not need to go it alone!"
