I am a Certified Health Coach living and working in the coastal community of Cape May County, specializing in guiding others towards a life of optimal wellness. After attending The University of the Sciences to obtain an undergraduate background in Exercise Science and Wellness Management, I went on to pursue an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy at Philadelphia University. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, I work to help patients fulfill a life of physical independence. From there, I decided to pursue a lifelong passion in health and wellness, and obtained my health coach certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Areas of specific interest and particular knowledge include: functional nutrition, women’s hormonal health, stress management & self-care, fitness, meal preparation & planning, and non-toxic living.
In my practice as a health coach, I take a holistic approach when guiding and educating my clients through an individualized wellness program. We will begin by working collectively to identify your personal health goals. From there, we will instill small, gradual changes to habits, including: eating, physical activity, and stress-management.
This program is designed to create achievable change that is safe and personal to you!
