About Edward

Intelligence is the ability to be able to adapt to change, that is my motto. Training clients is not a cookie cutter scenario. In my years of experience I have the necessities to take every client and provide them with their own personal journey. I am currently pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist; using my experience in the field and integrating it with my recreational experience I am able to provide the best of both worlds. Training can be repetitive and it can intimidating, however, I make it so it is a learning experience tied in with challenges; with laughs along the way.
In college I was a Graphic Design Major, though now my passion is in the Health and Fitness industry, I can still captivate my clients using my creative background to sincerely keep sessions from ever having a dull moment. I have worked with many clients from: teenagers, geriatrics, last minute "summer is around the corner" client, to overall healthier lifestyle needs. I love seeing clients triumph from the hard work and helping them reach their goals, it is why I do what I do.
