What to expect
I have been a trainer in the New Jersey and New York area since 2007. I have trained people of various age groups, from kids to adults. Many clients have their unique fitness goals. My sessions are usually intense with cardio, strength, and of course, stretching. Prior to onboarding a client, I make sure we both understand each other and are working for the same goals.
Besides personal training, I am also a martial art practitioner in many styles: Taekwondo, boxing, Kung Fu, Hapkido, and Capoeira. I highly encourage anyone interested in martial arts to contact me if interested in learning boxing, kickboxing, and Taekwondo. I was an Olympic style competitor for over nine years in Taekwondo. I have won many tournaments and kept myself in shape with Taekwondo and other styles of martial arts.
