What to expect when you train with me
I specialize in Women's Weight Loss, Pre/Post Rehabilitation, Corrective Exercise, Prenatal Exercises, Strength Training, Flexibility, and Nutrition Counseling. My training techniques incorporate both strength and cardio based exercises for maximum results. I like to include TRX, boxing, plyometrics, etc. to help reach your goals in the most effective way, while keep each session fresh and fun!
My favorite client story is
I'll always remember this one client of mine. She started training with me at the age of 27. Overweight, pre-diabetic, taking heart medication, and the inability to conceive, she wanted change her lifestyle and become healthier. When we first started, she was very deconditioned, with poor endurance and strength. It took work and dedication, but she followed everything I had told her. Within a few months, she dropped 15 pounds. Her strength and endurance increased significantly. Soon enough, she went to the doctor where was told her she can discontinue taking the heart medication and that her resting heart rate has decreased. And then the big moment. A month or so after, she became pregnant with her first child, after years of trying! I continued to train with her during pregnancy and after she gave birth. Truly a miracle and one of the best progress I have witnessed. And might I add her baby girl is the most precious thing I have seen!

A great personal trainer must have the ability to analyze each client’s individual situation and harmonize their training to match their lifestyle and goals. Each session must be unique and challenging in order for a client to achieve their ultimate fitness goal. I believe by using a series of endurance, strengthing, and flexibility techniques, modified to each client's ability, will help to achieve maximum benefits.
My favorite exercise is
Boxing! It is the best stress reliever and at the same time gives such a great cardio workout. Great on toning those arms and core!

I have been training in multiple settings including gyms, in-home, hospitals, and doctor offices. My credentials include: -B.S. in Exercise Science -A.S in Applied Science -ACSM certified personal trainer -NESTA Nutrition coach -NJ licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. I work in an orthopedic outpatient environment, involving pre-operative and post surgical orthopedic cases, as well as acute and chronic pain, arthritis, injuries, cancer, and vestibular rehabilitation.
