What to expect when you train with me
I specialize in Women's Weight Loss, Pre/Post Rehabilitation, Corrective Exercise, Prenatal Exercises, Strength Training, Flexibility, and Nutrition Counseling. My training techniques incorporate both strength and cardio based exercises for maximum results. I like to include TRX, boxing, plyometrics, etc. to help reach your goals in the most effective way, while keep each session fresh and fun!
My favorite client story is
I had one woman in particular who wanted to lose weight for her wedding. She was so motivated and loved working out. She really wanted to reach her goal. She dropped 50 lbs in a remarkable amount of time, and by the time her wedding arrived, she looked absolutely gorgeous. She was so excited and loved her new body. I still work with her today to get her to reach her new goals. I love working with people that are so motivated to get into shape and live a healthier lifestyle like her!

A great personal trainer must have the ability to analyze each client’s individual situation and harmonize their training to match their lifestyle and goals. Each session must be unique and challenging in order for a client to achieve their ultimate fitness goal. I believe by using a series of endurance, strengthing, and flexibility techniques, modified to each client's ability, will help to achieve maximum benefits.
My favorite exercise is
Boxing! It is the best stress reliever and at the same time gives such a great cardio workout. Great on toning those arms and core!

I have been training in multiple settings including gyms, in-home, hospitals, and doctor offices. I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science, and an A.S in Applied Science. I am a certified personal trainer through ACSM and a certified fitness nutrition coach through NESTA. I also hold a NJ license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
